Laura Herman
Head of Collective Learning and Development
Having built an impressive skillset in some of the largest organisations in Australia over a period of 25 years Laura is a fervent advocate of vocational education, because she has seen first-hand how effective it is. Leveraging from a professional background that brings two of her great passions together – ‘Customer Service Excellence’ and ‘Learning and Development’- Laura’s collaborative, transparent and honest approach to effective consultancy will see her not just as a trusted advisor to your business, but as a true partner in your strategic development in every sense of the word.
In her current role, Laura has successfully partnered with businesses and local government councils around the country, identifying skills gaps through expert Training Needs Analysis and delivering workshops tailored to address those gaps quickly and effectively.
With a suite of workshop offerings ranging from Emotional Intelligence, Leading in Action, Dealing with Difficult Customers, Debt Recovery Techniques and Time Management, Laura’s approach showcases ADKAR methodology and can smoothly adapt to suit your specific requirements. Olivia has built a solid foundation of administration experience via her previous roles which saw her fill key positions in Executive Administration, Stakeholder Liaison, and Management Coordination.
Committed to the highest standards of accuracy and excellence in her current role as RTO Operations Coordinator, and passionate about the benefits vocational education, Olivia liaises with and supports customers completing qualifications, provides smooth and efficient onsite services to sign up students seeking qualifications, and offers consultancy support to clients and stakeholders alike. Olivia supervises and administers a vast volume of record management and the ongoing issuing of certificates, leveraging from her professional experience and utilising her strong organisational skills to ensure these processes flow smoothly, and continuously produce timely and efficient outcomes.
Soren Romano
Learning Systems Specialist
Bringing a highly qualified technical and fine arts background to his role, Soren is responsible for heading up our RTO’s cutting edge online qualifications project for both internal and external clients, while at the same time providing swift and efficient technical support to our learning management systems and assisting with the redesign of major sections of learning content.
