Testimonials

"I just wanted to share a quick note and let you know that you guys did a really amazing job. I'm glad we decided to work with you. It's been unbelievably great how easy you've made this complex piece of work. I've never worked with such a couple of professionals that deliver what they say they will and more. You both went over and beyond expectations, even taking my calls when on holidays.

You both really know your stuff... from the simple process guides to the more complex legislative work!!

The guidance and suggestions have helped make the deadlines we had, it's been so much faster and easier to work through this with you.

Now that it's almost over, I feel that you are still right here on this amazing journey with us.

Thanks, guys!"

"We were really impressed with the overall course. The training was customised to suit our requirements perfectly. The ability to have all staff together at one session created a positive learning environment and helped us gain an understanding of the different dynamics within our team.

Laura was happy to answer questions and veer off topic when necessary to ensure our more specific questions were thoroughly answered. The training course definitely exceeded expectations in all areas, and I wouldn't hesitate to use Collective Learning and Development in the future for other training courses."

"Collective Learning and Development were engaged to provide DiSC profiling and workshop facilitation to our People & Culture team. Since the workshop took place, the team hasn't stopped talking about our facilitator Laura and the power of the insights we now have about ourselves and each other.

Delivered with humour, insight and energy the workshop has allowed our team to build more meaningful connections and use shared language to understand what makes each other tick. This translates into a sense of real empowerment and a renewed level of engagement towards existing and future team projects. We cannot recommend Laura highly enough and look forward to working with Collective Learning and Development in the future."
